Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent–Teacher Conferences at Passages Academy are a dedicated time for you to connect with your child’s educators and partner on their growth. We know your time matters. These conversations are designed to be clear, welcoming, and focused on practical steps that help your child thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. We discuss your child’s progress, celebrate strengths, and co-create next steps that reflect your child’s goals and needs. Whether you attend in person, by phone, or online, our aim is the same: to ensure your child is known, supported, and set up for success.
During the conference, you can expect:
- A clear summary of your child’s academic performance in each subject
- Observations about participation, effort, and classroom behavior
- Updates on attendance and engagement
- Discussion of social–emotional development and student well-being
- Concrete strategies to support learning at home
- Time for your questions, concerns, and insights
Passages Academy hosts two conference cycles each school year:
- Fall Conferences: Typically in November
- Spring Conferences: Typically in March
